Unless otherwise noted, eight meetings are held the last Wednesday of each month during the boating season. The evening customarily commences about 7 P.M. (1900 hrs). You are allowed to bring something to drink and dinner with you. Meetings are held at the Roanoke Wildwood Fire Department (Bingo Hall). The public is invited and welcome to attend!

Customarily, no General Membership Meeting is held in November (conflicts with Thanksgiving holiday) or December (conflicts with the observation of Christmas and with the New Year's holiday).
